About the event
The Stiperstones ridge is a knobbly dragon-back of shattered quartzite rising to 536 m (1,759 ft). Local folklore says the Devil once lounged here—probably still pops by on off-peak Tuesdays—but we’re aiming for the high-point Manstone Rock. On the way we’ll wander through the National Nature Reserve, threading past outlandish pinnacles like Cranberry Rock and Devil’s Chair before bagging the summit for sunset.
