About the event
Join us on Tuesday 12th August for a post work, magical summer evening hike across the breathtaking Long Mynd. We’ll wander over the rolling ridgelines of this Shropshire gem, aiming for the highest point—Pole Bank—just in time for a sunset showstopper and a sprinkle of stars.
Setting off from the car park above the Burway Hill, we’ll enjoy wide-open views, heather-covered hills, and (hopefully) sightings of the iconic wild mountain ponies that roam the Mynd. At the summit, we’ll get cosy and comfy for golden hour, with a front-row seat to nature’s evening performance. Bring a flask, maybe a snack, and definitely your sense of awe.
As twilight deepens, we’ll meander back beneath the first twinkles of starlight—headtorches at the ready.
