Join our FREE Walk for Wellbeing in historic Ludlow in partnership with Lingen Davies. Enjoy a gentle 4 km walk along the River Teme and over Whitcliffe Common, with the option to continue on a 13 km autumn hike through Mortimer Forest to High Vinnalls.

About the event
Join us for a peaceful guided Walk for Wellbeing through historic Ludlow, along the River Teme and onto Whitcliffe Common, with the option to continue into Mortimer Forest and climb to the summit of High Vinnalls.
Delivered in partnership with Lingen Davies Cancer Support, this free walk is for people living with cancer, currently receiving treatment, in recovery or living beyond cancer.
Our walks provide a safe, welcoming space to enjoy gentle movement, fresh air and nature alongside others who understand the cancer journey. There is no pressure to share — just a shared understanding and a supportive atmosphere.
🌿 What to Expect
The main walk is a relaxed 4 km circular route beginning and ending in Ludlow. We’ll pass Ludlow Castle, cross the River Teme and climb gently onto Whitcliffe Common, gaining approximately 80 m of ascent and enjoying lovely views across the town.
