🌿 Walk for Wellbeing: Hafren Forest & Severn Breaks Its Neck Waterfall
Join us for a peaceful and restorative guided walk through one of Mid Wales' most enchanting woodland landscapes. Nestled within the heart of Hafren Forest, this gentle adventure follows the upper reaches of the River Severn through towering trees, alongside rushing water, and to one of the area's most beautiful hidden waterfalls.
This walk is part of the Walk for Wellbeing programme, delivered in collaboration with Lingen Davies Cancer Support. It is specifically designed for people living with cancer, those currently in treatment, individuals in recovery, and cancer survivors across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales — and is completely FREE.
The aim of these walks is to create a safe, welcoming space where participants can enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and the calming benefits of nature alongside others who understand the cancer journey.
