🌿 Walk for Wellbeing: Long Mynd & Lightspout Waterfall
Join us for a refreshing guided hike across one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Shropshire Hills — where sweeping hilltop views, hidden valleys, and cascading waterfalls create a truly unforgettable outdoor experience.
This walk is part of the Walk for Wellbeing programme, delivered in collaboration with Lingen Davies Cancer Support. It is specifically designed for people living with cancer, those currently in treatment, individuals in recovery, and cancer survivors across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales — and is completely FREE.
The aim of these walks is to create a safe and welcoming space where participants can enjoy movement, fresh air, and the restorative benefits of nature alongside others who understand the cancer journey.
