🌿Walk for Wellbeing: Ironbridge Gorge
Join us for a gentle and fascinating guided walk through one of Britain’s most important historical landscapes — where bold ideas once changed the world and nature now softly reclaims what industry left behind.
This walk is part of the Walk for Wellbeing programme, delivered in collaboration with Lingen Davies Cancer Support. It is specifically designed for people living with cancer, those currently in treatment, individuals in recovery, and cancer survivors across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales and is completely FREE!
The aim of these walks is to create a safe, welcoming space where participants can enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and the calming benefits of nature alongside others who understand the cancer journey.
