About the event
Join us for a beautiful guided coastal walk from Aberystwyth to Borth, following a spectacular section of the Wales Coast Path along the Ceredigion coastline.
This uplifting seaside walk takes us from the historic heart of Aberystwyth, past the castle and promenade, up and over Constitution Hill, down to Clarach Bay, and along the coastal path towards the sweeping beach and village of Borth.
This walk is part of the Walk for Wellbeing programme, delivered in collaboration with Lingen Davies Cancer Support. It is specifically designed for people living with cancer, those currently in treatment, individuals in recovery, and cancer survivors across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales — and is completely FREE.
The aim of these walks is to create a safe, welcoming space where participants can enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and the calming benefits of nature alongside others who understand the cancer journey.
