Spring Hike to Stanage Edge & Higger Tor 🌿
Join us for a beautiful spring day in the Dark Peak, combining a scenic hike, great company, and some of the Peak District’s most iconic landscapes. This circular walk from Hathersage takes us through sweeping moorland, rugged gritstone edges, and—if we’re lucky—hillsides dotted with bluebells in full bloom.
We’ll begin in the lively village of Hathersage, meeting outside Coleman’s Deli before setting off on our adventure. If you’d like to bring something tasty for lunch, Coleman’s is a great place to grab food or snacks before we start.
Our route climbs onto the surrounding hills for expansive views across the Hope Valley, with plenty of time to pause, take photos, and soak up the spring atmosphere. We'll take a relaxed lunch break along the route before completing the circular walk back to the village.
