Swap the end-of-day scroll for some fresh air, good company, and a relaxed wander through some of Shrewsbury’s most beautiful green spaces and historic corners.

This FREE monthly walk is all about slowing down after work, stretching the legs, and seeing the town from a different perspective — no rush, no pressure, just a lovely evening out.

We’ll begin in the Quarry before drifting into the peaceful calm of the Dingle, then follow the park paths towards the weir. From here, we’ll cross the bridge and head back towards town via the Castle Walk Countryside Park — a perfect mix of greenery, river views, and hidden corners.

Once back in town, we’ll soak up Shrewsbury’s character as we pass Fish Street, the Charles Darwin statue, and Shrewsbury Castle, finishing right in the heart of things.
