Join us for a rewarding mountain adventure in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, as we summit Pen y Fan (886m) — the highest peak in South Wales — on a scenic circular route that blends iconic peaks, quieter paths, powerful stories, and unforgettable views.
This route offers a more peaceful approach to Pen y Fan while still delivering the drama. We’ll tick off three summits, admire sweeping valleys, explore military history, and pause at a moving memorial along the way.
Starting from Pont ar Daf, we’ll gradually climb onto open ridges before linking together the peaks, enjoying panoramic views across the Bannau Brycheiniog range with plenty of time for photos, stories, and breath-catching moments.
