About the event
Join us on Monday 29th June for a magical evening hike combining sunset views, ancient landscapes, and the glow of the Full Strawberry Moon.
This beginner-friendly adventure takes us around the base of Pontesford Hill before ascending through beautiful woodland to the dramatic summit of Earl's Hill, a volcanic-shaped peak said to resemble a sleeping dragon.
As the evening unfolds, we'll make our way to the summit in time for sunset, watching the golden light sweep across the Shropshire Hills. And with a Full Strawberry Moon rising later in the evening, we'll enjoy the unique experience of witnessing both sunset and moonrise from this special landscape.
To celebrate the occasion, I'll be bringing strawberries to share at the summit while we soak up the views and enjoy the magic of a summer evening outdoors.
